About NuLine Funding

What we do

Nuline Funding, Inc. has been arranging home loans in California since 2015. We handle purchases, refinances, and home equity for homeowners and buyers anywhere in the state, from San Diego to the Oregon line, and we’re also licensed in Colorado and Idaho. Our office is in Woodland Hills; most of our clients never need to visit it.

Some of what we do is funded in house. The rest we shop across the lenders we work with. The practical difference for you: when one lender says no to a self-employed borrower or a rural property or a jumbo loan with an unusual story, we have somewhere else to take it.

How we work

One loan officer stays on your file from the first conversation to funding. You get a direct phone number, not a queue. The Loanzify app shows you what we’ve received and what we’re still waiting on, so you never have to call to ask where things are.

We don’t publish rates on this site. A rate without your credit, income, property and loan amount attached is advertising, not information. Ask us and you’ll get a real one.
